In coordination with the Municipality of Coatepeque, we launched the Diploma Program in Design and Management of Municipal Public Policies, aimed at the Municipal Council and its staff. This training seeks to strengthen their capacity to develop public policies that respond to the challenges and opportunities of the region, including human mobility.

“With this effort, we reaffirm our commitment to institutional strengthening to accelerate local economic development and generate sustainable alternatives to irregular migration,” said Cynthia Loría, Executive Director of Fundación HAME.

This process promotes inter-institutional collaboration and fosters strategic alliances with local and national stakeholders to achieve real and lasting impacts.
