At Fundación HAME, an opportunity to learn can become the start of a new path. With this vision, we launched "Sowing the Future," a program developed in partnership with the Human Development department of Grupo HAME in Ayutla, San Marcos. This program provides training and scholarships to family members of Grupo HAME employees and to people from nearby communities.

Today, we are thrilled to see its first cohort progress. At least 20 women are about to complete their technical training in Gastronomy and will be certified by INTECAP, gaining knowledge and skills they can apply to launch their own businesses and create new economic opportunities.

Throughout the program, the participants have had the opportunity to develop practical skills in an area that can become a tool for generating income, strengthening their economic independence, and contributing to the well-being of their families.

This result not only reflects the drive and ambition of these soon-to-be graduates but also demonstrates what we can achieve when we combine our strengths. We thank INTECAP for working alongside us, supporting the dreams of more Guatemalans and providing opportunities for each person to take ownership of their development.
