In partnership with the Municipality of Coatepeque, we designed and implemented, through a participatory process, the Municipal Policy for the Socioeconomic Inclusion of Returned Migrants, recognizing that this is one of the municipalities with the highest rates of return migration in Guatemala.

This process not only strengthens local institutions but also builds capacity within the municipal team to manage human mobility processes with a human rights focus, thus promoting real opportunities for reintegration into the community and employment. We also equipped a computer lab and a woodworking workshop to develop technical skills.
