We Support More Young People as They Begin Their Professional Journey

Taking the first step into the working world can bring many questions: how to prepare a résumé, where to look for opportunities, what to say in an interview, or how to navigate the first days on the job.

Through the “Mi Primer Empleo” program, developed together with Grupo HAME’s Human Development team, graduating students from the Padre Bartolomé Ambrosio Vocational Training Center participated in a career guidance workshop led by Tatiana Chajón, Recruitment and Selection Specialist at Grupo HAME.

During the session, participants received practical tools to begin their job search, including how to prepare a résumé, identify positions that match their profile, present themselves effectively in an interview, and handle their first work experiences with greater confidence.

The workshop also created a space to discuss some of the challenges young people may face when entering the workforce and to provide guidance so they can begin this new stage with better preparation and confidence.

We thank Tatiana for sharing her experience and for contributing to an initiative that brings useful tools to future professionals who are about to begin a new chapter.

Together, we are stronger.
